APRIL SALAD
1 head Green Leaf lettuce
1 head Red Leaf lettuce
1 package beef-flavored ramen noodle soup
1 package (2 ounces) sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup grilled salmon pieces (optional)
Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces, rinse and dry. Smash noodles from instant soup mix and sprinkle over salad. Add almonds and salmon, if desired. Top with dressing.
Dressing
1 packet of seasoning from instant soup mix
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate any leftovers.
