Topic: Grilled oysters!

I don't have good access to fresh in-shell oysters, so I subsist on jarred ones.  I usually bread and fry them, but I decided to grill them this time.

I drained and cleaned them, then gave them a shot of lemon juice and Cholula Chili-Garlic hot sauce.  Tossed them on a screaming hot grill, gave them a bit of char on each side.

This sounds awesome!  I like to throw littleneck clams on the grill too.  It couldn't be easier, as I simply rinse them, and put them on the grill directly over medium to medium-high heat.  Close the lid and in about two minutes they're popping open.  That's how you know they're done.  Serve with some melted butter (done in a little heat-resistant vessel on the grill while the clams are grilling) and YUM!
