Electric grills make it so much nicer to barbecue when the temperature outside exceeds100 degrees for days on end!

Never thought of that.  I know smoking can be a challenge when it's cranking 110 in the shade.  I couldn't keep my heat down.  Finally, I just used my side burner to get the chunks going and tossed them in with no other heat.  It was running 225-250 just sitting in the sun!
