Topic: Thanksgiving

I'm planning to smoke my turkey outside this Thanksgiving so I can stuff my oven with all the other goodies.  I've done it before, and it's SO easy!

I love smoking turkeys!  I hit one with hickory one year, then finished it with mesquite right at the end.  gave the skin a nice tang!
